TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • By making your deposit to Casting on the Ebro you are confirming that you and your entire group agree with the below terms and conditions

  • We will use your email address for the use of sending out promotional offers and relevant updates about Casting on the Ebro, this will be no more than one a month, under no circumstances will you information be sold or given to other parties, if you would like us not to use your email address then please let us know when booking

 

  • A deposit of £100 (non-refundable) per person is required at the time of booking, payment details will be sent once we have received your booking request and confirm that they are booked. The balance is required 8 weeks before your fishing trip (non-refundable), if you cancel your trip after the full balance has been paid then you can re-book another date subject to availability, all payments are by bank transfer BACS these payments must be in sterling.

 

  • All payments on site must be in Euro’s and in cash to the guide, this covers bait requirements, etc.

  • we have a boat in every swim, using the boat is at your own risk and you must wear the life jackets provided

  • All anglers will be required to supply their passport details to allow us to gain all the fishing licences to allow our clients to start fishing straight away on their arrival  

 

  • Loss or damage of Casting on the Ebro property. If you lose or damage any tackle you will be liable for the following, loss of a rod and reel £400, damage to facilities will be estimated at the time, general wear and tear is fully acceptable.

 

  • Refunds will only be made in the event of Casting on the Ebro are not able to provide your trip due to our fault, this does not cover natural events, weather, civil unrest, Brexit, political changes or anything out of our control. We do not offer refunds for cancellations, we advise all our customer to take out holiday insurance 

 

  • Casting on the Ebro does not take any responsibility for any types of loss or personal injury while you are us how ever caused, you are strongly advised to take out private travel insurance, and EHIC, the European Health Insurance Card

  • While on your fishing trip you are expected to treat the guide and property with respect and follow the instructions of the onsite guide, also we request that if you visit the local area you treat the locals with the same respect as you would expect you’re self. We do not accept any abuse directed at our guide, this will result in you being asked to leave with no refund

  • Only the people named in the booking are allowed on site, you can only fish with 2 rods at any time.

 

  • We reserve the right to take pictures of all captures and use then to promote our business on our website, Facebook page, and twitter and alike

 

  • Our guide lives on site to make sure your enjoy your time with us, he will assist you in setting up your tackle, offer help and advice where ever needed,  he will also run you to the nearest village to pick up supplies and help you were ever possible (small charges apply).

  • All members of your party are required to sign a waiver form before starting to fish

  • If selecting the meal packages you must inform us of any allergies when booking so that we can ensure we meet your requirements
